I had the absolute honour of being asked to moderate a panel to highlight the heroic and ground breaking work of Dr. Amir Kahlil and his team at Four Paws International. Dr. Kahlil goes into the most dangerous places on earth to rescue animals that have been abandoned in zoos and other entertainment facilities. Their work changes not only the lives of the animals, but also the people who put down their weapons to help Dr. Kahlil and his team to help the animals. This is humanity at its best.
